Privacy Notice under the KVKK and Privacy Policy

3. Transfer of Personal Data

To provide the service, your personal data may be shared with the service providers listed below and, where required by our legal obligations, with competent public authorities. Due to our technical infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers located abroad.

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): server hosting
• Amazon Web Services (AWS S3, Sweden / EU region): file storage
• Google LLC (USA): sending emails (Gmail) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics
• Groq, Inc. (USA): processing the questions you send to the AI Assistant

4. Retention Periods

Verileriniz, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır. Akademik tarama araçlarımız (OpenAlex, TR Dizin, OAI-PMH, PubMed) için yüklenen/üretilen ham veriler, analiz süreci tamamlandıktan sonra 7 gün süreyle; YÖK Tez için ise 3 gün süreyle kullanıcıya erişim kolaylığı sağlamak amacıyla saklanır ve bu sürenin sonunda otomatik olarak silinir. Yasal zamanaşımı süreleri saklıdır.

As a data subject, you have rights such as to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request the deletion or correction of your data, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing. You may submit your requests in writing to info@analizus.com.

6. Cookie Policy

The platform uses strictly necessary cookies for sessions, security and to remember your language and cookie preferences. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only loaded if you give your explicit consent in the cookie notice. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. Your preference is stored for 180 days.

7. Additional Information for Users in the European Union / EEA (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, your personal data is also processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

• Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) (contract) for membership, analysis tools, the AI Assistant and requests; Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) for security and strictly necessary cookies; Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) for analytics cookies; Art. 6(1)(c) for legal obligations.
• Transfers outside the EU: Google and Groq process data in the USA.
• Retention periods: account data is kept until you delete your account; within 30 days of an account deletion request your personal data is deleted or anonymised (you can withdraw the request by signing in during this period), while order and donation records are kept anonymously due to financial obligations; raw data from the academic search tools is kept for 7 days and your cookie preference for 180 days.
• Your rights: you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). You can send your requests to info@analizus.com; they will be answered within one month at the latest.
• Right to lodge a complaint: you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the EU/EEA country where you are located.
• Automated decision-making: no automated decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR are made about you; the AI Assistant only generates informational responses.
• Obligation to provide data: a username and email address are required for membership; an account cannot be created without them.
